Satish Appalakutty, President and CEO
Satish Appalakutty, the Founder of NeoClarus, is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Operations, Product Architecture and oversees Product Development of the Company. He has 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to founding NeoClarus, Satish co-founded Encover, and was a part of the initial team at eHealthInsurance.com, Decide.com, and KivaSoft.
He holds a Masters degree in Computer Management from Poona University, Poona, India.
John Gardner, Vice President, Sales and Business Development
John Gardner is responsible for the sales strategy, execution and partnerships of NeoClarus. John is a seasoned sales executive with over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining NeoClarus, John was Vice President-Business Development for Encover. He founded Multi-User Solutions and held leadership positions in Sales and Business Development at Terix Computers, Intelogic, and Multi-User Solutions.
He holds a business degree from University of Illinois.
Sridhar Krishnan, Head of Global Alliances and Strategy
Sridhar is an entrepreneur, executive and a software architect with over 25 years experience in the high technology industry. Prior to joining NeoClarus, Sridhar was a Management Consultant to Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks for introduction of new Service programs. In 2000, Sridhar founded Encover, a technology-enabled services company for Service Sales of the high-technology industry vertical. Since leaving his executive role in September of 2004, Sridhar serves on the Board of Encover and serves as a mentor and advisor to PredictionLogic, Menlo Park and Indygosoft, Bangalore (India). Prior to Encover, Sridhar was the vice president of engineering at Decide.com and an architect at Cisco Systems. Before Cisco, Sridhar was the co-founder and Vice President of research and development for D.W. Smith & Associates.
Sridhar received a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India
Ram Chilakalapudi, Head of NeoClarus-India
Ram was till recently the India Country Manager of a US-based financial and healthcare services organization and has more than two decades of experience in the professional services industry. A firm believer in advocating the concept of 'Global Village' for the benefit of business organizations worldwide, he brings to NeoClarus rich experience in creating faster, efficient and scalable solutions for customers with a strong partnership based approach.
He holds a degree in MBA in Marketing & Strategic Management from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India.
Srikanth Kasturi, Chief Architect
Srikanth Kasturi is responsible for defining the application architecture and managing the product development operations. He has more than 12 years of technology industry experience. Prior to joining NeoClarus, Srikanth worked for SAP Labs.
He holds a degree in Science from Bangalore University, Bangalore, India.
